This is an English translation of our Danish terms (handelsbetingelser). If the two versions differ, the Danish version applies.

2. About kubideh.dk

kubideh.dk is an information site about our restaurant, menu and catering. You cannot buy or pay online on the site. You order and pay at the restaurant, and catering is agreed directly with us (see section 4).

All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) including VAT. Prices, the menu and typing errors are subject to change. Photos are serving suggestions, and the dishes may look slightly different.

3. Allergens

Always ask our staff about allergens before you order. We handle several allergens in the same kitchen (e.g. gluten and milk), so we cannot guarantee that a dish is completely free of traces of allergens. For catering, allergies and special requirements must be stated when you order.

4. Catering

  • Request: A request through our catering form, by email or by phone is not binding for either party.
  • Agreement: The agreement is binding when you have accepted our offer and we have confirmed the order in writing (e.g. by email). The offer states the dishes, number of guests, price, date and time, and whether the food is collected or delivered.
  • Payment: The payment method and due date are stated in the offer.
  • Changes and cancellation: Changes to the number of guests and cancellations must be made in writing. Deadlines and any fee for late cancellation are stated in the offer.
  • Collection and delivery: The food is collected at Nørrebrogade 63 unless otherwise agreed. For delivery, the price and time are agreed in the offer.
  • Right of withdrawal: There is no right of withdrawal for food and catering supplied on a specific date, cf. section 18(2)(4) and (12) of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (forbrugeraftaleloven).
  • Force majeure: If we cannot deliver because of circumstances beyond our control (e.g. fire, power failure or orders from the authorities), we will contact you as soon as possible, and you will get back any amount already paid for what is not delivered.

5. Complaints about an order

If something is wrong with your order, contact us as soon as possible at kontakt@kubideh.dk or +45 28 83 66 33, and we will find a solution. If you are a consumer, the rules on defects in the Danish Sale of Goods Act (købeloven) apply.

6. Personal data

We process your personal data in accordance with our privacy and cookie policy.

7. Content on the website

Texts, photos, video and logo on kubideh.dk belong to Kubideh (SSG HOLDING 2009 ApS) and may not be used without our permission.

8. Complaints and governing law

If you are a consumer and disagree with how we have handled a complaint, you can complain to the Danish Board of Appeals (Nævnenes Hus), Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark, www.naevneneshus.dk. Agreements with Kubideh are governed by Danish law.
